The registration to the event is free but mandatory, please follow the link. We have limited funds to cover travel and accommodation expenses for young participants. If you have not received an answers due to some technical problem, please send a private email to one of the organizers.
Travel scam warning: Some participants have been contacted by scammers pretending to be the "Travel Host Team" at EPFL and offering to arrange travel+accommodation in exchange for a fee. Please do not respond to these scam emails and always double check the sender of any email pertaining to this conference!
If you are a junior participant, we have reserved a double room for you at the Auberge de Jeunesse, from which the Bernoulli Center is easily accessible by the Bus Line 1, from Bois de Vaux -> Ecublens VD, Champagne. The Auberge will provide you with a travel card during your stay so that you will be able to take the bus (or any other form of public transport in the zone) for free.
Alternatively, you can get off the metro at EPFL (metro line M1), and then walk around 10 minutes to get to the Bernoulli center. See here for more information about reaching the EPFL campus.
We have reserved the restaurant Indian Zayeka for a social dinner on Tuesday, August 11th, at 18h30. The restaurant is a short walk from the Bernoulli Center, and should accomodate everyone's dietary restrictions. Feel free to check out the menu and let us know beforehand if there are any concerns about the options !
