New Security Council Has Been Elected

On May 9th, 2025, The UGMO held the third ever election for the Security Council. The debate fell on May 8th, 2025 with a partially filled debate log due to technical issues. All members are qualified to join and all are choices for votes although the main candidates were Petite, The Empire of Midway, Empire of the Union, The New World Order, and the Republic of Singhloria.

Once Election Day fell, votes were all submitted over a one day period. The official votes are hand counted by a third party individual to ensure the election will not be rigged. The official votes were 3 for The New World Order, 3 for Petite and 3 for Singhloria, with Midway being voted once. The Third Security Security Council members were into service on May 10th, 2025, and is made up of the following nations. The New World Order, Petite and Singhloria. This Marks The New World Orders first term, Singhloria's Second and Petite's third.
