Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Ugcfy – AI UGC Content Creator mobile application (the "App") operated by us ("we", "us", or "our").
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the App.
Ugcfy – AI UGC Content Creator is intended for users aged 4 and older, as rated on the Apple App Store.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Ugcfy – AI UGC Content Creator allows users to create AI-powered UGC (User Generated Content) videos using selected avatars.
The App is designed for creative and entertainment purposes only.
No registration or login is required; all processing occurs temporarily on the user’s device.
Features:
Premium unlocks the following additional features:
Unlimited avatar creation
Access to all avatar styles
High-resolution video export
Free Users:
Free users have limited access to avatar creation and export features.
Once the free limit is reached, a Premium upgrade is required.
Billing & Management:
All subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple App Store account.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
You are solely responsible for the photos, avatars, and videos you upload or create ("Content").
All content is processed temporarily for generation purposes only and remains stored locally on your device.
When you delete a project or uninstall the App, all related content is permanently deleted.
We do not access or share your content with any third parties.
The App and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and design elements are and will remain the exclusive property of the developer.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the App for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Ugcfy is designed for creative and entertainment purposes only.
Avatars and videos are generated using artificial intelligence, and results are not guaranteed to be accurate or realistic.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind.
In no event shall we, our affiliates, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be communicated by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
