1. No Account, No Personal Data

Ugcfy does not require an account and does not collect the following personal information:

• Full name

• Email address

You can use all core features without creating an account.

2. Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

• Camera / Photo Library Access: To allow you to capture or upload photos for avatar generation.

• Microphone Access (optional): Used when recording or creating UGC content that includes voice.

All uploaded or recorded content is processed temporarily and never stored on our servers or shared with third parties.

3. Anonymous Analytics

Anonymous usage data (for example, feature usage counts or export frequency) may be collected to improve performance.
This data does not include personal information and is used only for analytics and optimization.

4. Avatar & UGC Data

Uploaded photos, generated avatars, and created UGC videos are temporarily processed by AI models to produce results.
All data remains local to your device and is never transmitted to our servers or third parties.
When you uninstall the app, all locally stored data is automatically deleted.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete all saved avatars or UGC projects within the app at any time.
Uninstalling the app permanently removes all related data.

6. Third-Party Services

Ugcfy uses the following third-party service:

This service operates only with anonymous identifiers.
No personal, biometric, or location data is shared.
The app contains no advertising SDKs.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

All payments are securely processed through the Apple App Store.
Ugcfy does not collect or store any payment information.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from:
Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
