The purpose of the RBC Community Engagement Award is to recognize graduate students who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to community outreach and engagement.
This award honors students whose efforts extended beyond the academic setting and reflect a genuine dedication to creating a positive impact through service, education, or advocacy.
RBC graduate students pursuing a MS or PhD are eligible to apply for this award.
Eligible students will submit an application packet with the following information:

Personal Statement of Community Engagement: Provides details on outreach activities and community impact. Two page maximum, single spaced
Curriculum Vitae
Optional: Additional evidence of community engagement - Letters of support from community partners, schools, or individuals, reports, visual documentation, curriculum, etc.
Each PI may nominate one graduate student per year for this award. By submitting a nomination, the PI agrees to serve on an RBC Award Evaluation Committee if requested.
