The 2022 GSPA Policy Competition brings together Public Administration and Policy students from throughout the state of Georgia to develop solutions to a relevant policy problem. The competition consists of two phases. The first is an initial one-page policy proposal submitted with your team's registration. Our judges will review these initial proposals and select which teams will move on to the final round. This round will consist of a 20-minute presentation to judges with a more detailed and expanded version of your policy proposal. Judges will then decide first, second, and third place winners of the competition who will be awarded cash prizes. For more detailed information and to register, see the Information & Registration tab.
The Georgia Students for Public Administration strive to help students of public administration and policy at the University of Georgia build social and academic networks. By fostering friendship and professional development within our diverse student body, we hope to encourage students not just to learn their chosen profession but to form lasting bonds with their peers, faculty, staff, and community.
