This book consists of seven short stories. Although the stories contain fantasy and science-fiction elements, these are not fantasy or science-fiction stories. These are stories about the struggle of life and the search for truth. Some of the stories cover heavy topics like suicide and addiction, but this is not a dark or a gloomy book. It is quite the opposite. This is a book about the joy of life. (June, 2024)

I wanted to write the book I wish I had when learning the languages I learned, and this came close to be that book. It covers the most frequently used 250 Turkish words (and more). You will read the dialogues between our hero, Furkan, and an obnoxious but also humorous voice in his head. I seamlessly weaved the new words, grammar rules, and verb conjugation into the sentences in these dialogues. And there is English translation of each sentence. At the end of each dialogue there is a dictionary in which I include many words and expressions (not just the ones in the dialogue) to explain the words and their alternate uses better, and to remove some potential confusions. I also included some handy tables for verb conjugation and other things. I am quite happy with the end result, and I think it will benefit all but the most advanced Turkish learners. I hope you will find this book helpful in your Turkish learning endeavor and I hope you enjoy the adventures of Furkan and the voice, because those two will get more than they bargained for, and things will escalate!
