We thank all the authors who have already submitted their abstract. Indeed we are overwhelmed with the tremendous response we received so far.  The acceptance information will be shared to registered email address soon. Please proceed with the registration and accommodation booking requests.

The number and quality of submissions are a testament to the growing depth and breadth of research in ultrafast science and its allied fields. With the abstract submission process now closed, we look forward to an engaging scientific program featuring cutting-edge research, stimulating discussions, and opportunities for collaboration.

BEST POSTER AWARDS

Only in-person poster presentations will be eligible for this award, provided they meet the following requirements:

• Posters consist of well prepared visual materials about the work. 

• Presenting author must be a registered Conference attendee and attend in person to present their poster.

• Presenting author must be present at their poster during their designated Poster Session to answer questions.

Poster evaluation will be done by Poster Session Chairs,  based on the level of the research, quality of the poster, and clarity of the presentation. Award winners will be announced during the Valedictory session and prominently displayed onsite.
