This Privacy Policy describes how UFO Rampage ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

UFO Rampage does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, or any other personal data to use the app.

The app stores the following data locally on your device only:

High score
Sound settings preferences (BGM, bullet sound, destruction sound toggles)

This data is stored on your device and is never transmitted to any server.

3. Third-Party Services – Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements, including rewarded interstitial ads (used for the one-time revival feature). Google AdMob may automatically collect certain information, including:

Device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID)
IP address
General location (country/region level)
Device information (model, OS version)
Ad interaction data

4. Children's Privacy

UFO Rampage is suitable for all ages. The app is configured with child-directed treatment for ad delivery:

Ad content is restricted to the G (General) rating
Child-directed treatment is enabled
Under-age-of-consent treatment is enabled for GDPR compliance

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since our app does not collect any personal data directly, no such information is stored or processed by us.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share any personal data. The only data processing that occurs is through Google AdMob as described above, which is governed by Google's own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

All app data (high score and settings) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally stored data. We do not retain any data on external servers.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete from our systems. You may:

Reset your high score and settings by reinstalling the app
Opt out of personalized ads via your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Advertising / Android: Settings > Google > Ads)
Reset your advertising identifier through your device settings

8. Security

All game data remains on your device. Network communication is limited to ad serving through Google AdMob, which uses industry-standard encryption.
