Frequently Asked Questions
Q: My high score disappeared. What happened?
A: Your high score is saved locally on your device. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app will reset it. Make sure not to delete the app if you want to keep your score.
Q: The sound is not working.
A: Check the in-game Settings screen (accessible from the main menu). Make sure BGM, bullet sound, and destruction sound are toggled on. Also ensure your device is not on silent mode.
Q: The game is lagging or running slowly.
A: Try closing other background apps and restarting UFO Rampage. The game runs best when the device has available memory.
Q: The ad for revival is not showing.
A: Ads require an internet connection and may not always be available depending on your region or ad inventory. If no ad is available, the revival option will not appear.
Q: I watched the ad but did not get revived.
A: Please ensure you watch the full ad without closing it early. If the issue persists, contact us at sumanbhattarai.er@gmail.com.
Q: The app crashed. What should I do?
A: Please restart the app. If crashes happen frequently, try reinstalling it. You can also email us with your device model and iOS version so we can investigate.
Q: How do I reset my high score?
A: Currently there is no in-app reset option. You can reset your score by uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Q: Is UFO Rampage free?
A: Yes, UFO Rampage is free to play. It displays ads, including an optional rewarded ad for a one-time revival per game session.
