CFK's Response to Representation-Certification Petition (11.20.2019)
This was CFK's response to the State of Florida Public Employees Relations Commission (PERC) after Full-Time Faculty petitioned to move forward with forming a Union. CFK responded by recommending to PERC that Education Staff Professionals such as Academic Advisors and Academic/Library Assistant Directors be included in the Bargaining Unit as well, based on previous attempts to unionize in 1982,1989, and 2005.
Administrator's/Supervisor's Handbook (Fall 2019)
Our understanding is that CFK distributed this handbook to Full-Time non-Faculty employees at the College, regardless of whether they were Administrators, Supervisors, or Bargaining Unit members. Note that statements are highly speculative at best, and in many cases, inaccurate.
