Earth is a beautiful planet full of unique countries, cultures and biomes. The UFA's Department of State develops relations with the various sovereign states that occupy our world in order to promote peace, trade, mutual defense, and scientific cooperation and bring the diverse people of our world closer together.

The Department of State enacts bilateral agreements with other nations in order to protect the interests of the UFA, improve the living conditions of citizens at home and abroad, establish trade deals, avoid conflict escalation, and cement the UFA's place in the global sphere. We also enact agreements for fun sometimes, as long as it does not cause harm to anyone.

The United Friends of America is build on the ideas of democracy, piece, and self-determination. Our national motto is "good fences make good neighbors, good doorways make good friends". The Department of State is committed to building better doorways across the world in the form of trade agreements, recognition, diplomacy, and state visits. However, when it is necessary, we will not hesitate to build metaphorical fences in the form of treaties, security protocols, and defense pacts.
