Cosette Ganci
Hi!! My name is Cosette and I’m an Education Sciences and Political Science double major. I’m a rising senior, and I’m originally from Tampa. I joined KDPi because I wanted to be part of a community that values education and could connect me with like-minded people. On the other hand, I also wanted to gain different perspectives and discover different areas of education I hadn’t heard of and may become interested in. I currently tutor two first graders and a seventh grader, but I also have experience with third grade, and I have loved working with each and every one of my students!

Natalia Parras
Hi! My name is Natalia and I am a 3rd year math major with a minor in UFTeach. I am working towards becoming a middle school math teacher and I am super excited to be director of service for KDPi this year. I originally joined to have a space to mingle with others who want to go into education. It has been so wonderful to get to know other math majors wanting to teach and hear about all the possibilities within education. I have a lot of experience volunteering within and beyond classrooms and I am excited to bring that to KDPi this year.

Dr. Caitlin Gallingane
I decided when I was five years old that I was going to be a teacher and never looked back. I am a triple gator, with three degrees in Education from the UF College of Education. I spent four years teaching Kindergarten before returning to UF as a faculty member. I love to read and I still read out loud to my son even though he is now in high school. My daughter and I enjoy going to concerts together, and I love to cheer for the Gators and Penn State with my husband. I believe that teachers have an incredible power to change the trajectory of a child's life and I am proud of the work our KDPi members do to support current and future teachers
