Uessentials SMC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the mobile application GridBurst: Combo Puzzle (the "App"). We built GridBurst as a standalone, offline game. This page is used to inform players regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information.

We do not collect, transmit, distribute, or sell any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII). GridBurst operates 100% offline.
2. Local Data Storage
The App stores minimal data locally on your device (specifically, your local High Score) using standard Android data storage methods. This data never leaves your device, is not uploaded to any servers, and is completely private to you. Clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App will permanently delete this local score.
3. Third-Party Services and Analytics
Currently, the App does not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, trackers, or analytics services. The game requires no internet connection to function.
4. Children’s Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Because we collect zero data, parents can be assured that no data concerning their children is being gathered or transmitted.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. If future versions of the App introduce leaderboards or online features, this policy will be updated accordingly.
