Steps for the Face-to-face Student Enrollment in BS Electrical Engineering
Check Grades:
Ensure all grades from previous semester are available, especially those pre-requisites in the upcoming semester.
2. Review Class Schedule:
Obtain the official class schedule for the upcoming semester.
Plan your schedule carefully, considering factors like:
subject availability
Professor preferences
Class times and days
Potential subject conflicts
Strictly, NO ERASURES.
3. Fill Out Enrollment Form:
Get the enrollment form from your department or you can download the enrollment form through the link attached below and print in a A4 size bond paper only:

Carefully list the courses you wish to enroll in, following the class schedule and any enrollment restrictions.
Don't forget the Control Number given to your Enrollment Form. The control number will be used to check the status of your enrollment.
4. Submit Enrollment Form:
Submit the completed enrollment form to the office.
5. Department Review:
The department chair or an authorized representative will review your enrollment form.
They may:
Verify course prerequisites are met.
Ensure course availability and capacity.
Approve or make adjustments to your course selections.
6. Enrollment Encoding:
The approved enrollment form will be encoded.
7. Certificate of Registration (COR) Availability:
Once the enrollment data for your academic level is fully processed:
You will be notified via group chats in Facebook Messenger that your COR is available.
Access your COR in this site.
8. Attend class regularly.
