Our vision is: Quality homes, excellent service and strong communities with apartment owners at the heart of all that we do.

To achieve this, our members have helped us to produce our service standards on involvement and empowerment which set out how the Working Committee and Floor representatives who work relentlessly with residents to improve their living and build coordination with the facilities management services rendered by Ambuja

That’s why we ask our members to Make a Difference with contribution and active participation in improving the services.

Members Involvement

Making sure of the facilities management services, the floor representatives are right there to take note of yopur complaints and grievances to take up with the FM service Company for quick resolution.

We have different groups of residents who look at specific areas to deliver the right results first time and everytime.

Please feel free to fill the feedback to let us know how the team is performing which leaves a room to improve. In case you are happy, please boost their work with appreciation.

We work in partnership with our residents to shape and deliver the services. We encourage you to influence, shape, and see the change that you want to see in your own welfare association.
