Author Instructions

Camera-ready Submission

To submit the final camera-ready version of your workshop paper, find your paper ID from the list of accepted papers. E-mail udlworkshop2018@gmail.com with a link or attachment to one PDF.

• Use this PDF name format: UDL-{paperID}.pdf, e.g. UDL-1.pdf
• Use the UAI style file format (style file and sample file).
• Create a single PDF that includes the main paper and any appendices. If you have other supplementary material such as source code, host them elsewhere and provide a link in the paper.
• Double check that your submission is NOT anonymized.
• Submit your paper by August 3, 2018 (Friday).

Poster Details

The poster boards are 91” Wide x 44.5” High. For example, a A0 landscape poster will work.

Contributed Talks

Please prepare for 10 minutes. We recommend an 8 minute talk and 2 minutes for questions.

Spotlight Talks

Please prepare for 2 minutes and limit to a few slides. Please send us your spotlight slides in PDF format with the filename UDL-spotlight-{paperID}.pdf by August 7, 2018 (Tuesday). Note that papers selected for contributed talk will not be part of spotlight session.
