CIDFA INTERNATIONAL DANCE COMPETITION 2025

The main objecttive of this group creation is to bring Sri Lankan identity to the globle dance stage and demonstrate to the world the pride of the dancer born through the "Guru Gedara" discipline, which is the foundation of our heritage."Guru Gedara" is not just a place to learn dance, but it is a living center of technical discipline, spiritual discipline, and the teacher- studen relationship. Through this creation, on the 2025 CIDAFA international stage, we attempted to recreate the historical "Guru Gedara" environment, where the roots of Hela dance art were preserved, by blending it with modern theatrical style.
