A custom-built internal operations platform designed to digitize and streamline Pricepally’s supply chain activities—improving efficiency, minimizing manual errors, and providing reliable data for day-to-day operations.
I worked closely with stakeholders to understand existing workflows, pain points, and goals. I translated these insights into detailed user stories, product requirement documents (PRDs), and feature flows. I facilitated sprint planning sessions and maintained the product backlog throughout development. I also contributed to QA testing and feedback loops post-launch to ensure alignment with team needs.
