Employer FAQ

 For proximity to Corwin Pavilion, we recommend parking in Lots 8 or 3. 

Drivers must visit the UCSB Parking Services site prior to arriving on campus to create a guest account, then they may select a VIP parking pass for the day of the event. This will allow parking in any A (Faculty), B (Staff), or C (Student) parking spot. 

One VIP parking pass is included with each in-person Career Fair registration.

We've found that it provides a more streamlined experience for all parties if employers bring their materials and equipment with them to the career fair. 

Under exceptional circumstances, UCSB can accept advance delivery of career fair equipment but cannot arrange for the return shipment of those items.

To make your donation ONLINE, visit https://giving.ucsb.edu/Funds/Give?id=299 and make a donation to "Department of Statistics and Applied Probability - Actuary Program" in the amount of your registration fees ($375 for the in-person event, $150 for virtual info sessions). Please note "Actuarial Career Fair donation" in the comments box. Donation must be made at the time of registration. 

To make your donation BY CHECK, send a check made out to "UC Regents" to the following address. Please note "Actuarial Career Fair" in the memo field. Donation by check must be received by October 1.

Yes! We will have a room available on the day of the fair from 12 pm to 4 pm and an additional room the day after for any companies that would like to host interviews. Sign up sheets for the interview room will be released soon.
