Created the I2C protocol to detect the temperature of the room via the temperature sensor.

The motor turns based on user input temperature, and resets back to zero (essentially turning the heater OFF) when the room temperature has reached the user input temperature.
The motor will turn less if the difference between the user input temperature and the current temperature is small, setting the strength of the heater to less
