Online Office Hours

You are welcome to attend any of the listed online office hours for this course.  Online delivery and coordination of office hours maximizes access for all students.

The online nature of office hours requires us to pay special attention to our behavior.  To minimize background noise, mute yourselves when you are not speaking. Headsets should help to reduce background noise when you are speaking.  Arrange for yourself a quiet location while you are in office hours.  Remember that, although you are online, you are still in a classroom and you should dress appropriately.  Instructors will videotape every online office hour for record keeping purposes.

Please note that I expect all students to have their video on during office hours and any online lecture.  Of course, this might not be possible for everyone and we will be flexible.  My goal is to create a personal learning environment that is as close as possible to an in-person experience.  I need your active involvement to create such a learning environment.  I understand that you may be uncomfortable with a camera on in your personal space.  In this case, I recommend that you have your back to a wall so that the camera only captures you.
