CREW/UCREW is a worldwide volunteer organization providing mentorship, support, and career education for women interested in the commercial real estate industry. Our program now extends into high schools in discussing career opportunities and college classes students will need to take that will continue to support their long-term career goals and professional development. As the non-profit arm of CREW Worldwide, we also provide scholarships for undergrads and graduate students nationally and locally.

These campaigns align business and product development with innovative sales and marketing strategies to allow for growth and adaptability, while still staying compliant with current e-regulations worldwide.
She holds multiple degrees from the Karl Franzens University, Graz/Austria, as well as software patents for SaaS platforms in the communications and eDiscovery space.

Intrigued by the real estate and finance industry, Quan Che joined Heritage Bank of Commerce, a local community bank headquartered in San Jose, as their Relationship Manager in the Real Estate Industries Division, in 2017. As a lender and portfolio manager, Quan works with various types of business and consumer clients to help finance the purchase/renovation of their commercial real estate investments and speculative or owner-occupied construction projects. In addition, Quan helps to underwrite and recommend business lines of credit for clients in need of working capital or quick business investment financing. She believes that behind every successful business transaction is the trust and dependability that was proven and created between lender and client in the process. Her allegiance is always for the good of her company and her clients.
Prior to joining Heritage Bank of Commerce, Quan started her career in the finance industry as a Mortgage Loan Officer for Bank of America. Outside of work life, Quan enjoys her focus on being part of non-profit organizations that she believes in. As such, she joined UCREW as their Co-Chair in 2019 and Parisi House on the Hill in 2018 as their Finance Committee and Fundraising Committee member. Both organizations work to support women to become successful - one in career and the other in personal health.
Quan received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a concentration in Systems Physiology and a minor in Chemistry.
Jonathan started in the real estate industry in 2003, and in commercial real estate brokerage in 2006. Jonathan developed quickly at a young age -- hunger for knowledge paired with ethical mentors is what he attributes his long-lasting success to.

As a Director with the S5 team, Bridget advises companies on their Real Estate strategy. She works with a wide range of tenants, from early stage start-ups to post IPO companies. Bridget performs diligent market research tailored to her clients’ needs and delivers creative solutions that align with a company’s business strategy and vision. She strongly believes in a full-service approach to Real Estate consulting and is a trusted partner for her clients, assisting them throughout their lease term and beyond.
Prior to joining S5, Bridget worked in sales and marketing roles for both start-ups and well-established companies. Having been on the tenant side herself, Bridget understands the importance of finding the right space, to reflect a company's culture and brand.
Bridget holds a Bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University where she studied English and International Business.
Jenni joined Heritage Bank of Commerce in 2014 after graduating from San Jose State University with a BS in Finance. Her first position at Heritage was a Credit Analyst in the Commercial Lending department. This position allowed Jenni to build up her financial analytics and risk assessment skills to then promote over into her current role as a Commercial Lender. In this job position, Jenni manages a portfolio of clients from a range of industries that include, but are not limited to non-profits, restaurants, contractors, and commercial real estate. Outside of work activities, Jenni is a proud committee member of UCREW and is a part of the finance committee of the non-profit organization Youth Science Institute. In addition, Jenni volunteers as a financial coach for West Valley Community Services helping participants with money management. Jenni is a big foodie, loves to travel, and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking. Currently, Jenni is completing her Master of Business Administration degree from California State University, Monterey Bay.
Calandra is a Landscape Architect for HMH. She plays an active role in leading the design, project management, and coordination with both clients and government agencies for large multi-phase projects within the bay area. Her forward way of thinking allows design ideas to become a reality while her communication drives projects forward. She has experience working with teams, clients, and various municipalities, in both design and construction situations. Her experience includes creating conceptual design packages, construction documents, creation of photosimulations and SketchUp Models, managing projects from concept stages through construction, and monitoring project budgets.
Fun Fact: Disney is my other passion. I love the movies and the parks. I know more than my fair share of random Disney Trivia, and before the pandemic, had an annual pass to Disneyland and would visit multiple times a year.
Nancy has over 30 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney in Silicon Valley. As of counsel for Berliner Cohen LLP, which has one of the largest transactional real estate groups in Northern California, Nancy provides prompt, practical and insightful advice to clients in all areas of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, sales and acquisitions, and financing. Her primary client base consists of regional developers and owners of office, R&D, industrial, retail and multi-family housing properties but Nancy also frequently provides advice to tenants in connection with leasing space for their businesses. Nancy prides herself on sustaining close, long-term relationships with her clients and becoming a valued member of their team. Prior to joining Berliner Cohen LLP in 2000, Nancy was a partner with Hallgrimson McNichols, the successor to long-time San Jose based law firm Howell & Hallgrimson.
Nancy has been a member of CREW Silicon Valley for most of her career and has served on the board of directors as chief financial officer, UCREW director, and as president in 2004. Nancy was actively involved in the development and planning of the regional CREW California conferences that were held in Northern and Southern California in 2000 - 2004. Additionally, Nancy has served on the scholarship committee for CREW Network Foundation for the last four years.
Nancy obtained her J.D. from Boston University and an A.B. in Political Science from Stanford University.
Lisa is a principal and interior designer with experience directing programming and strategic planning for technology, start-ups and professional services companies. She leads the design team through all phases of project development, creating aesthetically exciting, functional and sustainable interior architecture. Her expertise includes programming, space planning, design and construction administration. Lisa is also well versed in all aspects of creating a cohesive space including furniture selection and implementation. Lisa's greatest joy is creating long lasting relationships with her clients and everyone involved in making her designs a reality.
