Starburst Identity Charts

Purpose:

For scholars to be able to reflect on their identity. Allows others to see the many different aspects and identities of someone that has experienced the foster care system. The intention of this activity is to demonstrate the intersectionality of foster youth.

Instructions:

At the ends of the arrows pointing outward, write words or phrases that describe what you consider to be key aspects of your identity or what you feel like people use to label or describe you. At the ends of the arrows pointing inward, write labels others might use to describe you.
