1. Introduce
1.1. This Uclip Service Use Agreement (Agreement) includes the terms, conditions and regulations for the use of Uclip ecosystem services (Platform), owned and/or operated and/or managed by Unitel (Service)
1.2. To use any service under the Uclip ecosystem, users need to agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement, in case the user does not agree to any terms of this Agreement. User should immediately terminate use of the Services.
1.3. The user agrees to have read, understood and committed to comply with all principles set forth in this Agreement and the regulations and/or integration regulations (if any, hereinafter referred to as the Regulations and policies) book). In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Association Regulations, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
1.4. Unitel reserves the right to amend or supplement any and all contents of this Agreement at any time without prior notice or prior consent of the user.

App support on platform Android and iOS.
2. Policy on Collection and Use of Primary Account Information
2.1. Collection of Information
The application may collect certain information from your Primary Account to enhance user experience and functionality within the app.
2.2. Purpose of Collection
Improving User Experience: We collect information to tailor our services and content to better meet your preferences and needs.
Personalized Services: Your information helps us personalize your experience by recommending content and features that may be of interest to you.
Technical Support: We use your information to provide troubleshooting and support services as needed.
Protection of Information: We are committed to safeguarding your information and adhere to stringent security measures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
Sharing of Information: Your Primary Account information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law or legal process.
3. Define
Unitel: Unitel is a party to this agreement
User: Refers to any individual or entity using the Service, who is the other party bound by this Agreement and other associated regulations and policies (if any).
Platform: All products within the Uclip ecosystem including but not limited to Uclip software and products requiring the use of an account provided by Unitel
Account: Is the data necessary to log in and use the platform
Device: Is the physical hardware used to access the account for the purpose of using the Service
User Content: Is content in the form of text, images, sounds and other forms of expression uploaded by users to the platform in accordance with this agreement.
4. Account
4.1. To use the service, users need to register for an account. We limit the number of Accounts a user can register, as well as the number of compatible devices an account can be linked to at any one time. The User undertakes that the use of the account must comply with the provisions of this Agreement, and the User undertakes to provide us with information to register/update Account information that is accurate and complete. . We are not responsible in case the information provided by the User is incorrect, affecting or limiting the User's rights.
4.2. Users create a Uclip account by entering a phone number and entering an authentication code from Uclip. The user then provides basic information including: Avatar, full name, date of birth, gender, then the Uclip user account will be successfully created.
4.3. The user will bear all responsibility, including legal and legal responsibility, for all activities and actions performed through the account during the use of the service. In case of any loss or damage arising due to the user's account information and/or password being exposed, Unitel will not be responsible for compensating the user.
5. Violation
The User has the right to use the Service, however such use shall not include the following acts
5.1. Copy, edit, reproduce, create new products or derivative versions based on this platform
5.2. Sell, transfer, sublicense, disclose or otherwise transfer or give part or all of the data constituting the platform to any third party other than those parts of the data of which the user is the legal owner. France.

5.9. Taking advantage of the platform to post, transfer, transmit or store information that violates the law, violates national customs and traditions, discriminates and causes racial division, offends and damages legal rights. Legal status of individuals or organizations

6. Collect, use and protect user information
By using an account to log in and use the Service, users agree and consent that we have the right to apply technical measures for the purpose of collecting and processing data related to the Account of the user (hereinafter referred to as Account Information).

ii. Your connections: You can use the contact upload feature and provide us, if permitted by applicable laws, with the phone numbers in your address book on a regular basis, including those of users of our Services and your other contacts. If any of your contacts aren’t yet using our Services, we’ll manage this information for you in a way that ensures those contacts cannot be identified by us. You can create, join, or get added to groups and broadcast lists, and such groups and lists get associated with your account information. You give your groups a name. You can provide a group profile picture or description.

Contact upload is an optional feature that allows us to check which of your contacts in your device's address book are also Uclip users. It also means we can update your Uclip contact list when your contacts who aren't using Uclip yet sign up later. We care about your privacy and we don't share your contact list with Unitel Platforms Inc. or other Unitel Companies for their own use, even when they provide us with services.
When you use contact upload and grant Uclip access to your device address book, Uclip will access and upload the phone numbers in your address book typically daily, but this depends on various factors including how often a user uses Uclip, including those of Uclip users and your other contacts. We don’t collect any of the other information that could appear in your device address book including names, email addresses, etc.
If any of your contacts aren’t yet using Uclip, we protect their privacy by managing the phone number in a way that is designed to prevent those contacts from being identified by Uclip. We do this by creating a cryptographic hash value of their phone number, and then delete the number. Each cryptographic hash value is stored on LaoApp’s servers, linked to the Uclip users who uploaded the corresponding phone numbers before they were hashed so that we can more efficiently connect you with these contacts when they join Uclip.
iii. Content that users create publicly or actively provide to us during the process of using the service includes but is not limited to: Status lines, avatars.
6.2. Information we proactively collect includes:
i. Usage And Log Information: We collect information about your activity on our Services, like service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. This includes information about your activity (including how you use our Services, your Services settings, how you interact with others using our Services (including when you interact with a business), and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities and interactions), log files, and diagnostic, crash, and performance logs and reports. This also includes information about when you registered to use our Services; the features you use like our messaging, calling, Status, groups (including group name, group picture, group description), profile photo, "about" information; whether you are online, when you last used our Services (your "last seen"); and when you last updated your "about" information.
ii. Device And Connection Information: We collect device and connection-specific information when you install, access, or use our Services. This includes information such as hardware model, operating system information, battery level, signal strength, app version, browser information, mobile network, connection information (including phone number, mobile operator or ISP), language and time zone, IP address, device operations information.
iii. Location information: We collect and use precise location information from your device with your permission when you choose to use location-related features, like when you decide to share your location with your contacts or view locations nearby or locations others have shared with you. There are certain settings relating to location-related information which you can find in your device settings or the in-app settings, such as location sharing. Even if you do not use our location-related features, we use IP addresses and other information like phone number area codes to estimate your general location (e.g., city and country). We also use your location information for diagnostics and troubleshooting purposes.
6.3. Share data
i. We share users' account information with their permission to third parties. This is also the unit that users want to access and may have allowed third parties to access their data to expedite the necessary steps to implement service features or other benefits for users.
ii. Uclip builds support and account login features for third-party products and services in need. When we have the user's consent before logging into a third-party service, we share some of the user's account information that has been authorized by the user with the third party to support account registration. user's convenience. In addition, users agree that, if the Uclip account is locked, deleted, canceled or suspended, the user will not be able to log in to this third-party service product.
6.4. Time and location of account information storage

iv. We can only fulfill a user's request for account information we have collected and the user has consented to the processing in sections a and b of this Agreement.
In case the user requests to withdraw "consent" or/and requests to partially withdraw consent, we regret that we do not have enough database to provide services to usrs. Therefore, in this case we will respond by helping the user withdraw consent to these terms, the user's account will be disabled and the service will be discontinued to the user.
v. According to legal regulations, for data belonging to Uclip, we will store user data according to legal regulations
6.6. Third-Party Information
i. Information Others Provide About You. We receive information about you from other users. For example, when other users you know use our Services, they may provide your phone number, name, and other information (like information from their mobile address book) just as you may provide theirs. They may also send you messages, send messages to groups to which you belong, or call you. We require each of these users to have lawful rights to collect, use, and share your information before providing any information to us. You should keep in mind that in general any user can capture screenshots of your chats or messages or make recordings of your calls with them and send them to Uclip or anyone else, or post them on another platform.

Just as you can report other users, other users or third parties may also choose to report to us your interactions and your messages with them or others on our Services; for example, to report possible violations of our Terms or policies. When a report is made, we collect information on both the reporting user and the reported user.
iii. Third-Party Service Providers. We work with third-party service providers to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services. For example, we work with them to distribute our apps; provide our technical and physical infrastructure, delivery, and other systems; provide engineering support, cybersecurity support, and operational support; supply location, map, and places information; process payments; help us understand how people use our Services; market our Services; help you connect with businesses using our Services; conduct surveys and research for us; ensure safety, security, and integrity; and help with customer service. These companies may provide us with information about you in certain circumstances; for example, app stores may provide us with reports to help us diagnose and fix service issues. The "How We Work with Other Third-Party" section below provides more information about how Uclip collects and shares information with other Third-Party
iv. Third-Party Services. We allow you to use our Services in connection with third-party services and Unitel Company Products. If you use our Services with such third-party services or Unitel Company Products, we may receive information about you from them; for example, if you use the Uclip share button on a news service to share a news article with your Uclip contacts, groups, or if you choose to access our Services through a mobile carrier’s or device provider’s promotion of our Services. Please note that when you use third-party services or Unitel Company Products, their own terms and privacy policies will govern your use of those services and products.
6.7. How We Use Information
We use the information we have (subject to choices you make and applicable law) to operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services. Here's how:
i. Our Services: We use the information we have to operate and provide our Services, including providing customer support; completing purchases or transactions; improving, fixing, and customizing our Services; and connecting our Services with Unitel Company Products that you may use. We also use information we have to understand how people use our Services; evaluate and improve our Services; research, develop, and test new services and features; and conduct troubleshooting activities. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.
ii. Safety, Security, And Integrity: Safety, security, and integrity are an integral part of our Services. We use the information we have to verify accounts and activity; combat harmful conduct; protect users against bad experiences and spam; and promote safety, security, and integrity on and off our Services, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our Terms and policies, and to ensure our Services are being used legally.
iii. Communications About Our Services: We use the information we have to communicate with you about our Services and let you know about our terms, policies, and other important updates. We may provide you with marketing for our Services and the Unitel Company.
iv. No Third-Party Banner Ads: We still do not allow third-party banner ads on our Services. We have no intention to introduce them, but if we ever do, we will update this Privacy Policy.
v. To meet legal procedures, comply with current laws and requirements of competent state agencies
6.8. Information You and We Share
You share your information as you use and communicate through our Services, and we share your information to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services.
i. Send Your Information to Those with Whom You Choose to Communicate: You share your information (including messages) as you use and communicate through our Services.
ii. Information Associated with Your Account. iv. Third-Party Service Providers. We work with third-party service providers to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services. We work with these companies to support our Services, such as providing technical infrastructure, delivery, and other systems; marketing our Services; conducting surveys and research for us; protecting the safety, security, and integrity of users and others; and assisting with customer service. When we share information with third-party service providers in this capacity, we require them to use your information on our behalf by our instructions and terms.
v. Third-Party Services. When you or others use third-party services or other Unitel Company Products that are integrated with our Services, those third-party services may receive information about what you or others share with them. For example, if you use a service to share content on Facebook, they will receive information you share with them, such as your Uclip phone number. If you interact with a third-party service or another Unitel Company Product linked through our Services, such as when you use the in-app player to play content from a third-party platform, information about you, like your IP address and the fact that you are a Uclip user, may be provided to such third party or Unitel Company Product. Please note that when you use third-party services, their own terms and privacy policies will govern your use of those services and products.
6.9. How We Work with Other Third-Party
We may use the information we receive from them, and they may use the information we share with them, to help operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services and their offerings. This includes:
i. Helping improve infrastructure and delivery systems;
ii. Understanding how our Services or theirs are used;
iii. Promoting safety, security, and integrity across the Unitel Company Products, e.g., securing systems and fighting spam, threats, abuse, or infringement activities;
iv. Improving their services and your experiences using them, such as making suggestions for you (for example, of friends or group connections, or interesting content), personalizing features and content, helping you complete purchases and transactions, and showing relevant offers and ads across the Unitel Company Products; and
v. Providing integrations that enable you to connect your Uclip experiences with other Unitel Company Products or other Third-Party. For example, allowing you to connect your Facebook account to share things from Uclip to Facebook
6.10. Managing And Retaining Your Information
We store information for as long as necessary for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy, including to provide our Services or for other legitimate purposes, such as complying with legal obligations, enforcing and preventing violations of our Terms, or protecting or defending our rights, property, and users. The storage periods are determined on a case-by-case basis that depends on factors like the nature of the information, why it is collected and processed, relevant legal or operational retention needs, and legal obligations.
If you would like to further manage, change, limit, or delete your information, you can do that through the following tools:
i. Services Settings. You can change your Services settings to manage certain information available to other users. You can manage your contacts, and groups, or use our “block” feature to manage the users with whom you communicate.
ii. Changing Your Profile Name and Picture, And “status” Information. You can change your profile name, profile picture, and "status" information at any time.
iii. Deleting Your Uclip Account. You can delete your Uclip account at any time (including if you want to revoke your consent to our use of your information under applicable law) using our in-app delete My account feature. When you delete your Uclip account, your undelivered messages are deleted from our servers as well as any of your other information we no longer need to operate and provide our Services. Deleting your account will, for example, delete your account info and profile photo, delete you from all Uclip groups, and delete your Uclip message history. Be mindful that if you only delete Uclip from your device without using our in-app delete My Account feature, your information will be stored with us for a longer period. Please remember that when you delete your account, it does not affect your information related to the groups you created or the information other users have relating to you, such as their copy of the messages you sent them.

We will use necessary security measures to ensure the transfer/sharing of your Personal Data to individuals/organizations participating in the Personal Data Processing process specified in Section 6, Section 7 of this Policy); or competent state agencies, ensure information security, no data disclosure, and require the parties receiving Personal Data to have data security measures.
d. Analysis method
The analysis of Personal Data is carried out in accordance with Unitel's internal procedures. We always have a strict monitoring mechanism for each data analysis process, which requires checking compliance with legal requirements on data security and ensuring information security for information technology systems before conducting analysis. We also have strict rules to ensure that personal information is anonymized or de-identified at the appropriate stage in the processing process.
e. Encryption method
Personal data collected is encrypted using appropriate encryption standards where necessary during storage or transfer, to ensure that the data is protected, authenticated, intact and cannot be altered after it has been sent.
f. How to delete data
When you terminate your use of Uclip and have a valid request, we will proceed to delete Personal Data with all Personal Data that you have provided and/or we have collected during your use of Products, goods, services, except where otherwise provided by law and in some cases where it cannot be done as follows:
· The law does not allow data deletion or requires mandatory data retention;
· Personal data is processed by competent state agencies for the purpose of serving the activities of state agencies in accordance with the provisions of law;
· Personal data has been made public in accordance with the law;
· Personal data is processed to serve legal requirements, scientific research, and statistics in accordance with legal regulations;
· In case of emergency regarding national defense, national security, social order and safety, major disasters, dangerous epidemics; when there is a threat to national security and defense but not to the extent of declaring a state of emergency; preventing and combating riots, terrorism, preventing and combating crimes and violations of the law;
· Respond to an emergency situation that threatens the life, health or safety of a Customer or other individual.
7. Commitment to privacy
We collect the minimum information required to achieve the purposes set out in this Policy (see below), and you have the ability to limit such collection, as specified below:

Your name and photo (if you choose to provide them) will be visible to other Uclip users and they can search you by name unless you change your settings. We may suggest you as a possible contact to people we believe you may know (without revealing your phone number), unless you turn off this option. We may notify your contacts when it’s your birthday, unless you turn off this option. Your phone number might be uploaded to http://api.laosapp.la but it’s a Uclip domain. That means your phone number is neither published nor disclosed for any other purpose without your consent.
7.2. Device and Location Information:
We collect additional information when you access our App through a certain device (e.g. your mobile device’s unique identifier; your session’s IP address; information about your device’s operating system, your browser, browser or operating system language; your wireless network). We may also collect your WPS location data – you can choose whether to allow this by changing your geolocation tracking settings.
7.3. When you install the Uclip App, you’ll also be asked to allow us access to your mobile device’s address book. A copy of the phone numbers and names of all your contacts (only name and phone number) will be collected and stored on our servers, mainly in order for us to be able to enable you and your contacts to connect. Disclosure: Your data is kept safe with us, but we do share your personal information with third parties we trust in order to provide you with our services, as follows:
i. Advertising partners: to enable the limited advertisements on our service, we may share a unique advertising identifier that is not attributable to you, with our third party advertising partners, and advertising service providers, along with certain technical data about you (your language preference, country, city, age, and device data), based on our legitimate interest. This includes partners managing our advertising placements and also advertisers themselves and their agencies or third parties managing their advertising demands. Your unique advertising identifier is created by your mobile device’s operating system and you can change it or choose not to share it at any time.
ii. App Providers and Other Third-Parties (such as third-party app analytics providers and marketing service tool): We may disclose your information to service providers and other third-parties under contract who help with providing you and others our Services on our behalf or other services provided by third-parties via our Services (such as, but not limited to, retention, crash logs, product interaction). They are required to secure the data they receive and to use the data for pre-agreed purposes only.
iii. Updates to this Policy: From time to time, as our services evolve, we may update this Policy. You agree that we may notify you about material changes in the way we treat personal information by placing a notice on the App. Please check the App frequently for updates.
8. Information security
8.1. Unitel constantly strives to protect users against information security risks. Technically, the platform continuously maintains the integration of strong and in-depth security features to protect the user's Account Information that is stored and processed securely. We provide a number of tools that users can select and use through the user interface to control Account Information, for example a Privacy feature that allows control of other users viewing and commenting user content, end-to-end encryption feature to help fully protect message content, or security risk warning feature when accessing links to websites detected by Unitel's technical system.
8.2. However, users agree that the level of security depends on the device the user is using, the user's internet or internal connection and other factors that are the responsibility of third parties. Users clearly understand and accept security risks (if any) when using the service.
9. Intellectual Property
The Platform is developed and owned by Unitel except for user content uploaded to the Platform, all intellectual property rights related to the Platform including but not limited to source code, images, data, information Information, content contained in the platform, modifications, additions, updates of the platform and related documentation (if any) will be solely owned by Unitel and not by any individual or organization. No organization is allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise infringe the rights of the owner without the written consent and permission of Unitel.

11. Note on use
11.1. During the process of using the Service, users must be very careful when deciding to access and exchange information with other Accounts labeled "strangers". If users detect signs of fraud or crime from a stranger, please report it to us via email vas@unitel.com.la with the built-in bad reporting feature on the platform.
11.2. We only provide platform usage services to users over 18 years old.
12. Contact and report violations

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
14.1. Although we make every effort to maintain the stability of the Service, such efforts may not meet all users' expectations. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, whether express or implied, Unitel makes no warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties regarding the stability of the Service, information security and safety, the authenticity of the information that users receive during the use of the Service.
14.2. In all cases, you warrant that you will release Unitel from all liability in respect of any losses, damages, expenses under any cause of action arising out of your use of use, or inability to use the Service.
14.3. Unitel will apply necessary technical, security, and confidentiality measures according to the provisions of law and according to Unitel's quality statements and commitments to secure users' personal information. However, the risks related to the provision and security of personal data, whether provided directly, over the phone, over the internet or through technical means, will always be hidden and are NONE. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the user agrees to indemnify Unitel against all third party proceedings arising out of or in connection with claims regarding the user's use of the Service or breach of the Agreement. This indemnification clause includes any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, judgments, fines, litigation costs and legal fees.
15. Applicable law
All issues, contents and any disagreements and disputes arising from or related to the implementation of this Agreement are interpreted and governed by the laws of Laos. Unitel and the users hereby acknowledge that the laws applicable to resolving disputes and disagreements, if any, between the parties related to the platform and the Services are the laws of Laos only and do not refer to the laws of any country otherwise in any case.
