Note: Rooms labeled Lakeside Dining, McKinnon Hall, and Moseley are all in two buildings that are attached. Please refer to building floorplans.
Please remember to display your visitor parking pass on the dash of your vehicle. Conference presenters (panels, posters, roundtables) and high school student attendees in personal vehicles are invited to park in Inman Admissions lot, as it is the closest to the venue. Inman Admissions is marked by the number 77 on this map. Other guests (non-presenters, family, friends) are asked to park in the Hunt A and B lots at the Schar Center (88). School buses may drop off and pick up students in the Inman lot and park in Hunt A or B lots.
Please be advised that Haggard Avenue will be partially closed for construction. Attendees are encouraged to arrive to campus from the North Entrance off University Drive onto O'Kelly.
If you do arrive from the south, please continue north on North Williamson Avenue and turn right/east on Phoenix Drive, then turn right at the roundabout onto O'Kelly.

After the close of the conference, participants are warmly invited to join the Hispanic Heritage Month Kick-Off Celebration at Medallion Plaza outside of Lakeside Dining Hall at the Moseley Center from 5:30-7:00.
Have fun starting off the month celebrating the independence of Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica. There will be live performances, music, food, vendors, and more. You don’t want to miss it!
