EPL
Welcome
The UCI Environmental Process Laboratory (EPL) is the environmental process engineering research group housed in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department. The EPL team focuses on process and technology analysis to enhance the understanding and the applications of new technologies and methodologies for the improvement of water reclamation and reuse processes, and for the enhancement of the water sector's sustainability.
Our current research topics include sensor analysis, integrated system modeling, analysis of emerging contaminants, and gas transfer testing and modeling. The EPL is one of the facilities of the UCI WEX Center.
