The Health Promotion Division at the Utah County Health Department offers internships that...

• Meet the criteria for public/community health college credit at UVU, BYU and BYU-I and other universities
• Are uncompensated
• Require a minimum of 125 hours
• Provide a supervisor who is a professional with a degree in public/community health who:
  • Has CHES or MCHES certification
  • Has a minimum of 6-months post-college experience
• Are offered three times per year
  • Winter (January-April)
  • Summer (May-August)
  • Fall (September-December)
• Happen between the weekday hours of 8 AM -5 PM, with evening/weekends often required
• Have a prerequisite of major's Program Planning class
• Are based out of Provo, Utah
