The Florida Asian American Student Union exists to empower & educate students about APIA history, issues, and professional skills so that there is a pipeline of student leaders from Florida universities to the community at large.
As an affiliate under the Florida Asian American Student Union, APAC invites students from UCF to explore relationships beyond Central Florida through the Summer Leadership Summits and Winter Retreats. At these events, students from FSU, UF, USF, FAU, FIU, UNF, UM, and FSC come together in community to build relationships and be empowered.
The East Coast Asian American Student Union (ECAASU) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to inspire, educate, and empower those interested in Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) issues. Run solely by volunteers, ECAASU’s advocacy work is conducted through outreach to AAPI students and organizations across the country and educating individuals on becoming agents of change through the various programs held over the course of the year, including the annual conference.
ECAASU has hosted 41 conferences and our 40 years of consecutive growth has pushed ECAASU to higher limits than ever before. Their networks stretch across universities from the eastern United States and our annual conferences draw students and activists from across the country.
The Level Up Conference is a program that intentionally invites high schoolers in the Orlando region to learn more APIDA issues, leadership skills, and civic engagement. While attending workshops, high schoolers are grouped into cohorts and travel through the day together, led by college student leaders!
