Tiffanie Kelley

Tiffanie Kelley is a graduate student in the MA-Literary, Cultural, and Textual Studies program. She is also a GTA in the Department of Writing and Rhetoric and teaches first-year-composition to UCF students. Her research interests include literary theory and life narrative, and she recently defended her thesis Life Narratives as Technologies of Self: Explorations of Agency in A Son of the Forest and The Autobiography of Malcolm X. She will begin a Ph. D. program in English Literature at USF this fall.

Lauren Littler

Lauren Littler is a graduate student pursuing an MA degree in Literary, Cultural, and Textual Studies and an MFA degree in Themed Experience at the University of Central Florida. She aspires to become a show writer in the theme park industry and create shared experiences for Guests via immersive rides and unique restaurant experiences.

Ileia Mooney

Ileia Mooney is a resent graduate of the Literary, Cultural, and Textual Studies Master's program at UCF. She currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor for UCF's Department of Writing and Rhetoric. Her interests include rhetoric and composition, women writers, queer and gender studies, and feminist theory.

Veronica Paniccia

Veronica Paniccia is an MA Candidate and Graduate Assistant at the University of Central Florida (UCF). Her research interests include identity and exploring unconventional literary formats. In her spare time she enjoys painting. Her art is showcased on the home page of this website. The image was painted with watercolor, lined with ink, and edited in photoshop. The art style fuses realism and surrealism.

Michael Parrish

Michael Parrish is a graduate student in the Literary, Cultural, and Textual Studies English MA program, and he is currently working on his master’s thesis. His thesis runs parallel to his article presented here, and his research interests include religious and medieval texts, including biblical and Judaic literature and Arthurian literature.

Sean Porterfield

Sean Porterfield is in his final year of the Literary, Cultural, and Textual Studies program. His research interests include poetry, modernism, and literary pedagogy. Sean currently teaches English at Freedom High School in Orlando, Florida.

Courtney Pruett

Courtney Pruett is in her last semester of grad school for an MA in English and hopes to find a career in academic advising. She loves reading fiction and fantasy novels as well as movie watching and TV binging.

Colette Smith

Colette Smith is a third-year graduate candidate for the Literary, Cultural, and Textual Studies track of UCF’s English Masters program. Their scholarly interests primarily include early American women’s works, queer studies, cultural studies, and the study of graphic literature. Colette previously presented at the 2018 UCF English Symposium and assisted in the production of this year’s online showcase with their colleagues in the Capstone course.
