The Testing Center offers a 300-seat computer lab, providing UT Dallas students access to a comfortable and secure testing environment for online, paper, and hybrid exams. The Testing Center provides services based on and adhere to the National College Testing Association (NCTA) Professional Standards and Guidelines. Currently, the UT Dallas Testing Center administers the following exams:

Please check with your instructor to determine if you need to test at an LCC testing center for your online or hybrid courses. Online course tests are also available at West Campus, East Campus and the Livingston County Center in Howell. Main, West, and East Campus accept testers on a walk-in basis. Please call 517-545-3522 to schedule a test at the Livingston County Center.

Need to take an online proctored test, but do not have the space or technology to take it at home? You can schedule an appointment with one of our testing centers to take your online proctored test on campus. Appointments are required in advance. Please see the SPC Testing Locations tab for a list of testing centers and contact information.

Students who need accommodations for community testing must contact the testing company where they signed up for the test to request accommodations. TCC cannot provide accommodations for these tests without approval from the testing company (such as College Board for CLEP, Pearson VUE for GED testing, etc.)

TCC Testing Services promotes academic quality and integrity through its professional delivery of testing services that adhere to the National College Testing Association standard and guidelines. We provide accessible, comprehensive testing programs for the College and the community to facilitate learning and support professional and personal educational goals.

The office hours of operation are listed below. Please note, the office hours of operation are not the same as the testing schedule. We encourage examinees to contact the testing and assessment office of their choice to verify the department's testing schedule and seating availability. You can practice for the test by reviewing sample questions and practice tests. These can be accessed through the Study App for Android or iPhone at It is suggested that you prepare for testing as well as retesting.

Appointments are still strongly encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome. New students who need placement testing must have completed the required enrollment coaching session first and will be scheduled accordingly for testing by the enrollment coach.

Remote Proctored Testing: For students who have access to a computer with webcam and Wi-Fi, and prefer to test from home, we will continue to offer remote placement by appointment, proctored by our Testing Center Aides via Zoom. Enrollment coaches from Student Services will continue to schedule new students for placement testing as part of the enrollment coaching meeting. Students enrolled for the current semester who wish to utilize testing services to complete course testing remotely can make an appointment by calling the Testing Center at 410-334-2843 or emailing testingctr@worwic.edu

Course Testing: Faculty who wish to utilize testing services will let their students know when course tests become active and what the deadline is for completion which will be strictly followed by the Testing Center. As per normal procedure, Faculty will still email the Testing Center a Test Administration Request Form (TARF) with the necessary test information and a course roster. A separate email will be sent to faculty in this regard as a reminder of the process and copy of the necessary forms for each semester.

Testing Centers are available in Columbus, Delaware and Dublin with convenient daytime, evening and weekend hours. Instructors may also use a variety of alternate proctoring systems. Regardless of the method used, Columbus State is ready to meet your testing needs.

If your instructor uses Respondus Monitor to administer virtual testing, additional support is available. At the beginning of each semester, Online Student Success Guides host RM trainings to help students get comfortable using the system.

The newly renovated 98-seat Testing Center in the Student Union Library Building is a secure and comfortable lab, with lockers, camera surveillance and in-person proctoring. Exams can be scheduled during any open hours as well as on a block schedule.

This center offers placement testing for math, English and foreign language, CLEP and ACT Residual exams, departmental test-out exams, makeup exams for PNW students, proctored exams for PNW and non-PNW students and ServSafe exams, as well as academic exams for PNW students, primarily for the College of Nursing, but available to all PNW faculty/students.

We offer AWS Certification exams globally through our test delivery provider Pearson VUE. We encourage you to identify the most convenient testing option for you based on where you would like to take your exams and any specific accommodations you may need.Ā 


Testing centers are facilities operated independently from AWS that offer in-person proctoring as well as the technical equipment required for an exam, such as a computer that meets system and security requirements. You will use the testing center computer to take your exam, and on-site staff will assist you with checking in and storing your belongings. Appointment availability varies by testing center.

On-Campus Instructional Appointments must be made at least 24 hours (one business day) in advance. Appointments may be made online, via phone, or by walking into any Testing Center. No appointment is necessary for the SWIC Placement Tests and are available on a walk-in basis.

Remote test appointments are available and are scheduled on a first-come, first-filled basis and MUST be instructor approved. Remote appointments must be made 48 hours in advance. Appointments are not available on the weekends.

The Health Science Entrance Exam/TEAS test is now available remotely. The Brookdale Community College Testing Center is happy to announce that TEAS exam dates will be administered using the remote proctoring service Proctorio through ATI. This will permit applicants, with passes to take the exam, to test at home. You must contact the Brookdale Community College Testing Center via email at testing@brookdalecc.edu to check for availability and to sign up for a test date.

Most testing centers require appointments but for any center allowing walk-ins, please note that no testing will begin within the last hour prior to closing. Students enrolled in online or hybrid courses should work with their instructors on testing requirements. Taking an academic exam in the Testing Centers may be one of the options for your course but must be pre-approved by your instructor.


Students enrolled in face-to-face courses with approved accommodations or approved make-up exams may use the Testing Centers for their exam but must be pre-approved by the instructor.

The road test scheduling system offers the earliest available dates and times at sites near the ZIP code you provide. Usually, the earliest date is within 3 to 5 weeks, but at peak testing periods during summer and school breaks it may be up to 10 weeks away. There are no waiting lists. Tests are almost always on weekdays (only rarely do we offer them on a Saturday).

Appointments are REQUIRED. Testing can be scheduled Monday through Thursdays for Academic Course testing, Accuplacer, and My Math Plan Assessment tests. Evening and Friday appointments may be scheduled by appointment as needed to accommodate student schedules in the Flint Hills Service Area. Late arrivals are NOT allowed; students will have to reschedule their test if they are going to be late.

Saliva tests typically returns in 24 hours; Keck Medicine of USC Clinical Laboratories is providing the laboratory services for the saliva testing program, which is a PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test.

Before you take the ACCUPLACER, you must have a current application on file and call or stop by to schedule an appointment. All ACCUPLACER tests must be started by 2:45 p.m. Make sure to bring a valid photo ID to all testing appointments.
