What we do

Our aim is to promote the interests of research staff at University College Dublin (UCD). Here are just some of the jobs we are currently doing:

• representing research staff in various UCD committees.
• working with UCD HR to improve training opportunities and career development for Postdoctoral Research Fellows and Research Staff at UCD.
• providing information and guidance to newly recruited research staff.
• organising social events for our members.
• cooperating with other RSAs in the Irish RSA to influence higher education and research policies of the Government
