My research primarily focuses on crime and place as well as policing, with an emphasis on the spatial distribution of crime across various geographic contexts. I am particularly interested in how police practices can become more effective and equitable for the communities they serve. Additionally, I have a growing interest in cybercrime, which is why I joined CYBORG. I believe that law enforcement agencies currently struggle to address cybercrime effectively and that more research is needed to identify ways for them to better manage and minimize its occurrence.
