Accommodations

For your convenience and to assist in keeping the cost of our meeting rooms lower, a block of rooms have been reserved at a discount at the conference venue--the Doubletree by Hilton, Manchester, NH. 

Please note - The hotel cannot guarantee the availability of the discounted rooms for reservations made after February 14. 

Reservations after February 14 are best made by phone directly to the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel at 603-625-1000 and asking for Donna French or Jodi Boland.  Please let them know you are part of the March 17-19, Celebration XI New England Women's event.

Reserve your room(s) directly through the hotel online or by calling 603-625-1000 and ask for group block WLNE.

Once you have talked with Pam R, call the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel at 603-625-1000 and ask to speak with Jodi Boland or Donna French. 

As part of the Celebration XI registration, there space to comment on your accessibility needs and possible ways to improve your ability to fully participate at the gathering. You will be contacted to create an access plan.
