The Uppsala-Lund Computational Biophysics Initiative
ULCI is comprised of a consortium of research groups from Uppsala University (Peter Kasson) and Lund University (Lynn Kamerlin), who use the tools of computational biochemistry in order to understand the molecular details underlying structure-function dynamics relationships in biomolecular systems. The groups carry out interlocking research that involves both separate and collaborative interests; our joint computational focus and resources potentiate these collaborations. We gratefully acknowledge funding and support from a broad range of sources to support our scientific activities, including the Swedish Research Council, the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation, Lund University, and the National Academic Infrastructure for Supercomputing in Sweden.
On these pages, you can find out more about who we are, what we are scientifically interested in, latest news from the consortium, and upcoming activities we are involved in.
