In 2026, the project will focus on investigating the anthropogenic load on high-mountain grasslands. In particular, the composition of plant and invertebrate communities will be investigated, the functional traits will be analyzed, and DNA samples for community phylogenetics will be collected.
Three pairs of localities from five principal OGUs in the Ukrainian Carpathians will be selected and comprehensively evaluated.
