Go to myuhc.com or return to activate.uhc.com.
Enter your username and password created during activation.
From the homepage dashboard, select “Claims”.
You’ll see:
Recent claims (doctor visits, lab tests, prescriptions).
Status updates (processed, pending, or denied).
Breakdown of payments (what UHC paid vs. your responsibility).
Click on “Benefits & Coverage”.
You can view:
Covered medical services (hospital, outpatient, preventive care).
Prescription drug coverage.
Deductibles, copays, and coinsurance.
Preventive care benefits like screenings and vaccinations.
Under “ID Card”, you can download or print your insurance card.
This is useful for doctor visits or pharmacy claims.
Find in-network doctors and hospitals.
