As a student, your physical and/or your digital Ucard photo ID can also be used as identification during mid-terms, exams, etc. Note: Your photo must be uploaded and approved before using your digital Ucard as identification for mid-terms and examinations. Digital Ucards without a corresponding photo will not be accepted. To upload your photo, visit our Ucard photo upload requirements web page.

Physical cards will only be issued to those with specific requirements outside of the digital Ucard. (i.e. Nursing student badges for placements, meal plan access, proximity (prox) access to rooms, etc.). If a physical Ucard is still requested, a $10 administrative fee will apply. I've heard some conflicting answers on here before. Does anyone know from experience if you can scan a digital shop card at self-checkout? I had a bad experience recently with a cashier who called a supervisor over because he said I couldn't use my mobile phone to present a shop card (it worked) ... I just would rather not go through that experience again at my local warehouse...

New students, faculty, and staff should submit photos digitally whenever possible. Photo submission instructions can be found here. Once a photo is accepted and you are cleared to be on-campus by the Covid Coordinator team, you may pick up your card anytime during our business hours.
