Bachelor’s degree and Master level completion of at least 15 credit hours in the corresponding program with a 3.0 GPA or equivalent
TOEFL of 80 or better/IELTS 6.0/Pearson Test of English of 47 / DuoLingo 110
GRE not required if recommended for admissions by home University
Approved F-1 visa (form I-20) for two semesters
*Home University screens and recommends students for the UC CEAS program. Home University forwards to UC CEAS a list of applicants with their names, date of birth, email contact information, copies of transcripts and Home University course descriptions and English proficiency results
Step1: Send a list of eligible students and transcripts to CEAS for review of credentials

→ Students create a new account by using the link above and submit transcripts, TOEFL scores, and statement of purpose and provide names and contact information of two references.
→ If intending to study in Spring students must apply for Fall, upon completion of the application send an email to: Julie.Steimle@uc.edu stating that you have applied to the Dual Degree Spring program and we will change your admission date to Spring.
→ There is a USD $80.00 application fee. Fees are paid by credit card.

→Upon completion of the above application process your file will be reviewed and you can check your status online at: https://grad.uc.edu/admissions.html
Step 3:
Application Approval
→Once you are offered admission, please confirm your offer on the portal and an email will be sent from our International Office (international.students@uc.edu ) on what is required to prepare your I-20.
