A small cozy apartment, which directly includes a Finnish sauna. The apartment is not completely renovated, but we tried to provide you with the maximum comfort of contemporary hospitality. The apartment is ideal for a couple, but there is a possibility of accommodation for up to 5 people: a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a small private lawned front garden and a covered parking space.

The 3+1 attic apartment is currently under renovation. We hope to have it available in spring 2026.

Additional fees: For additional persons over two, additional charge of 300 CZK/person/night. Use of sauna, wood for the fireplace, tourist tax and everything else included in the price.
New Year's Eve: Night from 31. 12. to 1. 1. for 4000 CZK/apartment, otherwise standard according to the price list.
Restrictions: Minimum length of stay 2 nights. In summer only weekly stays Saturday-Saturday.
Loyalty discount: We offer a 15% loyalty discount to all guests who have already stayed with us. This also applies to all those who have stayed at our cottage in Sušice (https://www.chatajms.cz/).
