Upward Bound students are eligible to request an iPad, Apple Pencil, and keyboard case. The iPad launch is designed to assist students as a tool for online learning and participating in UB remote activities, and to be a companion to their academic activities. 

Unfortunately, we have a limited number of iPads for distribution. We hope to continue to add more and will loan them based on the intake date of students. 

iPads are loaned for the duration of the student's time in the Upward Bound Program. To qualify to receive your iPad you must: 

1. Complete orientation

2. Be an active student who has attended program activities

3. Complete the Complete the required paperwork and turn in to UB or upload it at the end of the iPad request form.

4. Complete the  iPad request form 

iPads are available on a first come, first serve basis and will remain with the student until they are deemed inactive, ineligible to continue possession of the iPad, are either no longer with the program or choose to return it. We hope to continue to purchase enough iPads for all students to receive one before the end of 2021.
