DATES:
Submission dates: 28th April - 9th June.
Acceptance notification: to be announced by the 30th of June.
Confirmation of participation: 1st -15th July.
Workshop date: 17th November 2025
FUNDING:
Fee: there is no fee.
Costs: the organization covers accommodation up to a maximum of two nights, lunch and coffee breaks for the day of the workshop. Travelling costs are not funded.
