Steep 1 tsp dried yarrow in 1 cup hot water for 10 minutes.
Steep flowers in hot water, cool, and apply to sore joints.
Ingredients: 2 cups chopped potatoes, 1/2 cup chopped onion leaves/bulbs, 2 tbsp oil, salt, pepper
Instructions: Sauté chopped potatoes in oil until tender and browned. Add the wild onion and cook for 2-3 minutes more; season with salt and pepper.
Infuse leaves in oil, then mix with beeswax for a healing salve.
Grind dried roots into a powder, mix with water to form a paste for wounds.
