A school seeking UBAC membership must:

• Complete this form that will be reviewed by the Chair and Executive Committee.

• Show evidence or have demonstrated the ability to host events and meet the UBAC criteria.

• Operate as a school whose programs promote the types of events that are consistent with the UBAC Codes of behaviour.

• Read the UBAC Handbook, and agree to follow the rules and regulations of the PRC.

• Schools should be invited in by a current UBAC member.

• Go through a trial year without any issues. At the April meeting the UBAC founding schools will vote on a permanent basic membership.
