Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local or international laws.
Our App may allow you to create, post, or store content (text, photos, or other materials). You retain ownership of your content, but by posting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it in connection with the App's services.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party.
Payments: All transactions are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. You must comply with their respective terms regarding billing and payment methods.
Refunds: We do not directly handle financial refunds. Any refund requests must be submitted through the respective App Store platform where the purchase was made.
The App, including its original code, design, and features, remains the exclusive property of the Service Provider. Our trademarks and branding may not be used without prior written consent.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as AdMob or external resources) that are not owned or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party site.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
"As Is" Basis: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with global digital service standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
