Wyant College of Optical Sciences
University of Arizona
Welcome to the University of Arizona's Wyant College of Optical Sciences!
This website has been set up by College staff to help prospective graduate students learn more about graduate programs at the Wyant College of Optical Sciences, the University of Arizona, and living in Tucson. This website will also help incoming students make the transition to living in Tucson and becoming a graduate student at OSC (OSC is the acronym that we still use for referring to our college, from when we were called the Optical Sciences Center). Use the navigation links at the top of the page (or in the menu at the upper left on mobile devices) to zero in on items of interest to you.
The official website for the Wyant College of Optical Sciences can be accessed here: http://www.optics.arizona.edu/

In celebration of our 50th anniversary in 2014, we created this overview booklet of our College's research and other associated activity. Since 2014, much has changed, including the addition of many new professors and a new building addion that Is nearing completion. Nevertheless, this booklet should still give a feeling for the exciting breadth of work going on at our College. Feel free to download it! (about 10MB)
Also for our 50th anniversary we created a short film about our College. You can find it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9FfnufO1WhU
