For Professional Membership (New Application)

Application for new Professional Membership consists of the following 4 items:

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Form

To fulfill the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirement, please refer to the CPD form template. Upon completion of the CPD form, please upload the completed form along with your application.

Personal Statement

A 500-1000 words personal statement.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Form

To fulfill the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirement, please refer to the CPD form template. Upon completion of the CPD form, please upload the completed form along with your application.
Individuals renewing their professional membership are NOT required to submit supporting documents to fulfill the achievement points requirement. However, please keep record of the supporting documents in case of a reference check.

Proof of Academic Status

Please upload a copy of your Student ID and/or any documents that can proof your full-time academic status.

Membership Application Deadlines & Processing Time

To facilitate the membership approval process, applications will close one month before each Ex-Co meeting. Applications submitted after the deadline will be reviewed in the next Ex-Co meeting.
Applications are reviewed and processed during each Ex-Co meeting. Once approved, members will receive a conditional approval email and must complete payment within the given timeframe to finalize their membership.

Important Notes❗

Late applications (submitted after the deadline) will be reviewed in the next Ex-Co meeting.
Supplementary Information Policy: If your application is incomplete, you may provide supplementary information up to two times before the approval meeting. If the required information is not submitted within these two rounds, your application will be deferred to the next Ex-Co meeting for processing.
