This format for the majority of the conference presentations. Each presenter is allotted 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes for Q&A. Presentations of this type will be scheduled with similar topics to form a cohesive session of 75 minutes in length.
All posters must be prepared as one-page PDF. The recommended poster size is A1 size (59.4cm x 84.1cm). There will be awards for the best posters.
A 75-minute presentation which encourages interaction and discussion between the panelists and the audience. Panel presentations should include at least three panelists all speaking on different aspects of a particular topic.
This is a two-hour session for a presenter to delve into a more challenging or technical topic. These may involve demonstrations or follow-along activities. The conference has a limited number of openings for this format, all of which will take place Tuesday 20th Oct, 2026.
All proposals received will be reviewed by the panel and considered for the conference. To deliver a positive learning experience, we seek proposals that will engage attendees and advance the profession.
All abstracts must be submitted in English. If needed, please have your abstract reviewed by a native English speaker or an AI enabled language checker.
The conference language should be "easy English" to ensure accessibility and inclusivity.
