Mission of the project
This working group endeavors to understand the theoretical underpinnings of observed kinematics of UAP. In addition, we plan to explore more foundational problems involving the nature of the evidence for the phenomena, and how a theoretical examination can proceed under the limitations imposed by the nature of the phenomena.
