Dear High School Students,
Welcome to UACCB’s Career Day 2020! The Admissions Team at UACCB is excited to host this event. For this year’s event, we have created a landing page for you. This page includes a message from World Champion Wheelchair Body Builder and ballroom dancer, Nick Scott. We encourage you to listen to his story and be inspired regarding your own futures. You will also find access to Career Coach. This program offers access to a quick, 6 question career assessment, among other tools, to help you determine what you might want to do once you are ready to join the working world. Finally, you will find links to many different career sessions. These sessions cover a wide variety of jobs, and are presented to you by experts in these fields from our very own community! We hope you enjoy this year’s Career Day. Let me end by saying, we miss your faces here on campus, but we are so proud of what each of you is overcoming as you work toward high school graduation. Please remember, the staff and faculty at UACCB are here to help you navigate these uncertain times. Thank you, and best of luck!
Sincerely,
Meagan E. Akins, Director of Admissions
